We had an outstanding experience working with Jane Kuraly. I was recommended Jane by my daughter and son-in-law who also used Jane for their new home in Powell, Ohio! We decided on relocating from Pennsylvania to Powell Ohio to be close with our family, especially our granddaughters! Jane and I met and discussed what we were searching for! She quickly hooked us up with MLS listings that we could review. We actually found our New to Us Home on Redfin and traveled to Powell for a weekend of visits that Jane organized! The 3rd house was the charm on the first day!!! Jane advised us throughout the entire process with her knowledge and professionalism to ensure that we were definitely meeting our goals of home ownership in Powell, Ohio! Jane couldn't have been better to work with. A true professional in every sense of the word. Prepared, knowledgeable, experienced. Jane sold our house in two days, and politely, had several buyers engaged in a bidding war that produced more than our goal amount for the sale. She was also prepared for the long haul, if it was needed, and had scheduled an open house with professional, commercially prepared brochures with house photos. What a touch!
